Additionally, we offer a 12 month warranty on the Brushdoctor, offering like-for-like replacement on faulty components.
If you wish to cancel your order with Brushdoctor Limited, please return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. A refund (excluding the delivery and return carriage charge) will be given as long as the goods remain in good condition, and that you have given us prior notification.
Please note: we do not accept returns where the item has been purchased from another retailer. If you wish to return a Brushdoctor that was bought somewhere else, please return it to the original place of purchase.
How to Return your Brushdoctor
To cancel an order, please call the Customer Care team on 0845 017 6665 to obtain a valid Returns Number. We will only accept returns with a valid Returns Number.
Next, print out and complete the attached Returns Form. All the details you need, such as the return address, are contained within the form.
Important: If you purchased your Brushdoctor from another retailer, then you should contact the retailer instead.
Your Statutory Rights

Warranty Replacements
We offer a 12 month like-for-like replacement service for any faulty components.
If you think that you need to replace a component, for a reason such as a faulty motor, then please call the Customer Care team on 0845 017 6665 in the first instance. They may be able to help you resolve the problem over the telephone.
If the Brushdoctor needs to be returned for a replacement part, then the Customer Care advisor will give you a Replacements Number. We will only accept units for repair or replacement with a valid Replacements Number.
Next, print out and complete the attached Replacements Form. All the details you need, such as the return address, are contained within the form.
